We are registered with the FDA as a Food Facility. We are also registered with the FDA as a Drug Establishment, which means we manufacture homeopathic Over-the-Counter drugs. What are organoleptics anyway?
It is evaluation using the senses - taste, smell, and visual analysis.
How do you identify botanicals?
Botanicals are identified using the most appropriate method for that botanical and can include morphology, microscopy, high performance thin layer chromatography and organoleptic analysis.
Do you process fresh or dry botanicals? Do you source and process the whole herb?
We process both fresh and dry botanicals, and we source whole herbs whenever possible.
Do you import from China?
Yes, we import some ingredients from China, mostly Chinese herbs, and some vitamins/minerals. All are tested thoroughly to ensure quality.
What testing do you do on materials and products?
Ingredients, in process formulas and finished products are tested according to the GMP requirements and beyond, to ensure the quality of the product, and verify that product meets the established specifications for identity, purity, strength, and composition.
Are the products certified organic?
We offer some items as certified organic, but most of the herbs used in our products are certified organic or ethically wild crafted. Read more on the quality of our ingredients
How long are the products good for?
Check expiration date on the bottom of the bottle, generally 5 years.
Do you help set the section, merchandise the line?
Yes. Our national broker force is fully engaged on an ongoing basis with store setups and re-merchandising efforts, as requested by our customers.
Do you offer any educational training?
Yes. Trainings are available in numerous formats: phone hook ups with our National Educator, in-store staff trainings by our trained field force, and for large scale retail staff audience & attendance, trainings by our Founder/CEO are also available.
Do you have proposed opening assortments, deals, and opening order discounts?
Yes. Opening order parcels and discounts are available, designed for small, medium and large retailers. Each assortment consists of top sellers from within 6-8 product categories.
How do your prices compare?
Overall, our published wholesale prices are anywhere from 5% to 25% lower than the leading national brands across the marketplace.
Can I get a ranking of your product line?
Yes. That data is available and can be sent to you either by the the sales broker servicing your stores or by our customer service staff at our HQ out in Albuquerque, NM.
Do you offer custom formulations?
Yes, a large portion of our business is making custom formulations, and we have a trained product development team to help you through the process. Learn more about our custom manufacturing options
Do you use magnesium stearate? If no, what do you substitute with?
We do not use magnesium stearate. Where needed, we use organic rice flour, natural silica (diatomaceous earth) or omega 3 powder (from flax seed).
Are your capsules vegetarian?
Yes! All of our products are vegetarian, most are kosher and vegan too.
Who pays for the label?
The label is free if you start with 60 items or more. Easy to do considering you’re looking at liquid herbs, encapsulated herbs, essential oils, liquid vitamins and powders.
How do I place my order?

What is your order turn around time?
Opening order is shipped within 7 business days, all other orders are shipped within 48 business hours.
Can my product be kosher certified and is there a fee?
Yes, we can get your products registered with KOF-K and make sure we only use kosher ingredients. We offer this service free of charge. Learn more about all of our certifications
Can you make certified organic products and is there a fee?
Yes, we are an organic certified manufacturer through the Organic Certifiers. We can make your USDA certified organic products. We do not charge you extra for getting your product certified. Learn more about our compliance standards
Do you manufacture homeopathic products?
Yes, we do manufacture homeopathic products according to HPUS standards. Read more about our regulatory compliance
Can you do a sample run before I place a full order?
We cannot do sample runs for powder or liquid caps, but we can do prototypes for most other products. This varies from formula to formula so please contact product development for more information.
What packaging do you have?
A lot! We offer a variety of sizes, colors, materials, and types of packaging. If you are interested in using a packaging component we do not currently carry, we can also source it for you.
What ingredients do you have?
We carry an incredibly large amount of raw materials from whole, raw herbs to vitamins, minerals, nutraceuticals, essential oils, homeopathics and carrier oils. Read more about the quality of our ingredients

How do I get my product order going?
Send us a PO! Typically the first few orders require 50% down to get your PO started, and the remaining 50% is due at the time of shipping. Payments accepted are Wire, ACH, Check, Credit card (additional 3% fee). Once we have some order history with you, you can apply…
Who provides the label?
We will supply you with the label parameters and information, and provide label review support. You would need to purchase and supply the label unless arranged otherwise.
What are the minimums for custom formulations?
Generally, our minimum order quantity is 144 bottles for liquid herbal extracts using our stock liquids, 1,000 bottles for liquid herbal extracts that is not using stock liquids, 100,000 capsules for powder capsules, and 300,000 capsules for liquid capsules. Do you offer displays and testers for the oils?
Yes. Single or multi-layer wooden displays are available for the stores. These displays allow for testers as well, that are replenished as needed, at no charge.
Is the product BSE/TSE free/Non-GMO/pesticide free/allergen free/gluten free/vegan/vegetarian/etc.?
This is dependent on the ingredients in the product. We can assist you in confirming the status of our manufactured products.
Can we see/visit your facilities?
Yes. Either by appointment or thru attending our annual Farms and Facility Tours, conducted annually for qualified customers, by invitation.
Do you offer demo services?
Yes. Demos, paid by Vitality Works, are available for your store at the desired frequency, conducted by trained demo personnel across all markets.
How do I start the process and what does it look like?
We have a product development team that will help you get things started. We typically start with pricing your product, and if pricing is agreeable, we can make you a prototype if needed.
What is the turn around time for custom orders?
Our typical lead time for custom formulations is 8 weeks once you place your PO, but this can vary depending on the number of ingredients, processing time, lead time for specific raw materials or packaging components.
