Industrial Mechanic II

About the Industrial Mechanic Position: This position is responsible for the rebuilding, repairing and maintenance of specialized automated processing, packaging and auxiliary equipment used primarily in the food processing industry. Work includes, but is not limited to troubleshooting equipment, reading and interpreting manuals and work orders, maintaining a clean, safe work environment, and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Account Customer Care Specialist

Provide customer service to KEY contract accounts by communicating with customers via phone and email regarding new orders, order status and shipment information. Process new orders and communicate inter-departmentally to address order progress, issues and status. Evaluate, analyze, resolve and/or communicate and appropriately forward any order complaints, product, order or service issues.  Three to five years previous customer service experience helpful.

IT Support Technician

Under minimal supervision, this position will be responsible for supporting the day to day IT desk side support by providing Windows and other application support, to include delivering the IT services, support, and basic troubleshooting. Resolves technical P.C. software and hardware problems by utilizing logical problem solving skills and referencing documented processes and procedures. (Microsoft Office, Win7, VPN, Active Directory, customer specific software applications, laptops, desktops, printers, etc.) and provides IT trouble shooting assistance to ensure IT issues are resolved effectively.

Controller

The ideal candidate will work with the owner and senior management to provide effective guidance and financial counseling to control the business. Responsibilities include, general accounting, accounts payables, accounts receivables, fixed asset management, inventory management, cash flow optimization, billing, cost accounting, TTB alcohol and other non-financial reporting, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and planning.  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.   Five years experience maintaining GAAP and five years management experience.

IT Manager

The ideal candidate will maintain IT infrastructure required to support day‐to‐day operations and business initiatives as well as support the exploration, development and implementation of new business unit initiatives. This person will oversee the information technology activities and goals of the organization; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions in both an office and manufacturing setting.  Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems such as Deacom ERP or a similar system.  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or computer related degree or equivalent experience.
