Assembly Plant Technicians/Machine Operators
The ideal candidate will be able to operate and maintain our processing and packaging equipment.supply the production areas, return and locate all ingredients from production areas to storage, locate materials for inventory control, perform cycle counts, and maintain the warehouse as a clean and organized area. This employee will help operate semi and fully automatic production machines.This employee will clean utensils, and other equipment. This employee Must be able to multitask, know basic math, work in a face paced environment, and have the ability to read temperature gauges, scales, and cylinders, among other skills. High school diploma, GED, or experience required, as well as the ability to lift 50 pounds, be able to move a 500 pound drum dolly, and be able to stand for the entire work day.
The ideal candidate will be expected to manage and coordinate the activities of the private-labeling department under the supervision of the COO. B.S. or A.S. in inventory management preferred, but other 4 year degrees will be considered. The ideal candidate will preferably possess previous experience in a label production position, as well as Bartender label proficiency. Packaging Tech (2nd Shift)
The successful candidate will: Operate semi and fully automatic packaging machines, and package products for storage or shipment. Operate and observe machine to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to product specifications and SOP’s. Machines would include but not limited to, Main front filling systems, Bottom coders, labelers, cappers, neck bander / full body sealers, and induction sealers. Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to Packaging Lead or Packaging Manager. Maintain consistent production quality, checking measurements when bottling. Clean equipment or machinery properly for each product switch to avoid cross contamination. Sort product for packaging or filling machine operation making sure that packaging components are available and at the proper location. Assemble cartons/boxes to prepare for product packing. Pack finished products in proper boxes. Keep work area clean. Maintain appropriate hygiene. Clean equipment or machinery properly for each product switch to avoid cross contamination. Attach or mark identification onto products or containers per SOP. Fill out appropriate paper work legibly and correctly per SOP. At the end of the day be sure that machines and equipment are properly turned off. Take directions from Packaging Tech 3, Packaging Manager, QA, or upper management. Fulfill quotas and goals.Performs other related duties as required. Maintain visitor-ready work environment keeping department area organized, safe and clean-as- you-work.. Understand and routinely adhere to Standard Operating Procedures. Participate in the development and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures and Quality programming.
Customer Service Representative
The ideal candidate will provide customer service to accounts by communicating with customers via phone and email regarding new orders, order status and shipment information with a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and with a high sense of urgency. The candidate will process new orders and communicate interdepartmentally to address order progress, issues and status. They will also evaluate, analyze, communicate and appropriately forward any order complaints, product, order or service issues.
