CONTRA-INDICATIONS AND CAUTIONS:
Oregano oil will produce a warming sensation that can be quite intense. It is best to dilute this oil before use.

COMPLIMENTARY FORMULAS & SINGLES:
Goldenseal Root (if sinus infection, or discolored mucus)
Chaparral Herb (antibiotic topically)

DOSAGE:
2 drops contain 14.4 mg. Carvacrol (the active constituent)
Internal Acute: 2-6 drops in water or juice up to every 2 hours until symptoms subside plus a few days.
Internal Long Term: 1-4 drops in water or juice 1-3 times per day. Long term use is OK.
Topical: Use enough to cover the area desired. If a warming sensation occurs that is unpleasant, dilute in a little vegetable oil first.

TASTE & SMELL:
Like intense Oregano.
